Well-being Coaching

Well-being is the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy. 1 in 4 people in the UK will suffer mental health problems! I have been there and know how lonely and exhausting a messy mind can be. Coaching is active and differs from counselling which is more reflective.

Coaching can help you to;
 - Clarify thoughts/feelings.

 - Explore situations/needs.
 - Identify options/next steps.

Want time & space for thought with a qualified, experienced coach? Contact me to get started. If I am not the right coach for you, right now, your session will be Free! Consultations are held at our Poulton-Le-Fylde practice (or online if preferred) and cost £45 for 50 minutes.

The small print: Clients will be made aware of the concept of coaching prior to starting. A coach facilitates a consented conversation asking questions and providing feedback from which coachees may identify their own summary and/or solutions from a session. Marksafety take no responsibility for consequences/action taken as a direct or indirect result of coaching. Coaching does not give advice of any kind, attempt to diagnose or treat any conditions. Coaching cannot offer clients any quantitative or qualitative guarantees.
